The reason why the Sempurna Pertama, Panglima Ege or Kaliph Pulaka, but better known as LapuLapu, left Borneo and came to the settlement of Suluan and Bornean allies in Mactan to investigate the situation in Cebu. So my citizens, of the Royal Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo, do me proud of how you conduct yourselves and retract from the prohibitions and of being so-called “Pilipino”. We are a great race and do refrain from abuses amongst each other and to non-Muslims. We cannot fulfill our destiny alone; we cannot redeem our kingdom, our race unaided. And contenders to His Highness’ obviously are not by succession being Waris (not by paternal heredity,) and have not substantiated even their heredity. Moreover, GRP officials, supporting them as such, namely: the Philippine President, the National Security adviser and some Senators. And even the support of an American businessman and/or Malaysia itself, all seemingly to have submerged the Sultanate/s into a political entity of the GRP Sovereign jurisdiction. None has validly shown their legitimacy as the rightful heir to the throne. And no one has the authority nor should declare the heir to the throne, but one with the Seal and Ancestral Flags of Authority, the Sultan Suluk Negara being an Usba (succession thru paternal heredity) succeeding the throne and to be recognize by ceremonial proclamation upon His Highness bringing about alleviation for His peoples in the return of Total Sovereignty and independence of His State and Country.
It is a well establish fact, that the late Sultan Moh. Fadlun or Pulalun, the 1842 Sultan of Sulu and North Borneo proclaimed in 1859, His first cousin-Maharaja Adinda Taup to be His successor to the Sulu throne in event of His death, given the flags of authority and legitimacy. Sultan Pulalun transferred His seat to the hinterlands of Jolo in 1878 after signing the Spanish protocol Treaty giving Spain Sovereignty rights or pretentions of sovereignty over Jolo and its dependencies.

By then time, Maharaja Adinda Taup returned from His archipelagic islands patrol and at an old age, asserted the succession of Pulalun, instead to His son Sharif Imam Ul-Alam Arpa as by the ruma bichara (voice of the peoples), consulted with Sultan Pulalun and as ratified by Brunei Sultan Jamal Ul-Alam II. The Muslim archipelagic islands and territories to the United States without the knowledge nor consent of its titular heads of state/s of the said string of Sultanates. Moreover, without the specificying of the Mindanao and Sulu located in the Sulu Sea and the Moro Gulf. Spain having merely naming it the Philippine islands after its King Philip of Spain, and after its forceful acquiescence of Selurong or Luzon. Moreover, string of Sultanates, never colonize in the Mindanaos with no entreaty entered with by Treaty, now under foreign sovereign jurisdiction administering upon it and as part of its own “National Territory”. Spain having called the Sulus, a flourishing Nationhood and State, as Sultanea De Jolo prior to their forceful acquiescence of the Muslim archipelago, by which Spain named as the Philippines.
On foreign international issue, as compared with Palestine, Palestine was profoundly deduced to its present “National Territory”; if we can call it such, but Palestine is not a State and Country. It does not have a head of State nor a Governor. It does only have a Muslim Tribal Leader with a cause for their alleviation to be a state with Dejure Sovereignty and to be recognized by the international community. The root causes of its present situation, one was the granting of the Jewish State of Israel located at the other side of Palestine divided by the so-called “Gaza Strip”. However, dates back to Biblical times since “The Exodus”.
The legend goes that the freeing of slaves in Egypt led by Moses in the Exodus, Allah told Moses thru the angel Gabriel of the Promised Land. The angel said of the land that Moses will know of, seeing the writing on a building or “Temple”, as indicative of the promise land. Arriving, Moses and the Jews saw the said writing on the building, but it was not in their Aramaic-Hebrew language.

After the time of Jesus Christ and way through 500 years later when Muhammad (Salawlahu Alaihi Wassalam) stated the completed message of Allah, the Aramaic-Hebrew language was long gone and already evolved into the present Arabic language; the said writings on the said “Temple” was then realized to had been in Arabic language deciphered and translated which read…”Lailaha Ila Allah” or “there is no God but Allah alone”.
The Muslims confronted the Jews of leaving said “Temple” (now Masjid). With Allah’s compassion for the Muslims, the Jews left to the adjacent building built by King Herod now presently in ruins called the “Waling Wall” where Jews use it as a so-called “Icon” where they worship God, as by an item hidden within its walls (supposedly a rock within from Jehovah, the possibility being the actual Arc of the Covenant) and the asking of forgiveness, asking for God’s graces, and etc., etc., etc…
The other building in Mecca believed to be the house temple of Ibraham or Abraham was soughed by the Jews; however, Nabi Muhammad (peace be upon Him) was at this temple of Makkah or Mecca, at the time, driving-off some Jews who turn pagan worshippers and destroying the idols in the temple. This temple is the present Kaabah of Mecca where the black stone from Allah is located. The Kaabah is the place for Muslim pilgrimage in becoming a Haji.
In the 1970’s sponsoring country of Egypt, Egyptian President Anwar Sidat as part of diplomacy, conveyed by his predecessors since President Abdel Nassir, the latter who discussed (a “Two State Country” of Palestine and Israel living together side-by-side) with his Highness uncle Amb.- Plenipotentiary Habib Pullong “Fadlun-Pulalun” Arpa, the latter’s suggestion of a Two State Country to Egyptian President Abdel Nassir in the 1960’s, Egypt’s administration as sponsoring Country over Palestine to have granted “part of Palestine” to the Jews, (who created the State of Israel, now finally their promised land divided by the Gaza Strip) and supposedly of a Palestinian State, as well, by the sponsoring country of Egypt and its President, President Anwar Sidat. However, a Palestinian State was never granted. Palestine since have been asserting for likewise their own State to be granted. But both Nations-Israel and Palestine should first get along.

In analysis, Palestine’s and Israel’s only entreaty is to establish diplomatic relations with its other so to co-exist with each other’s very own State and Country. While the Sulu Sultanate have its legal basis of claim for the return of Total Sovereignty and Independence, moreover, the rest of the string of Sultanates in the Mindanaos and the rest of archipelagic islands, if only with the existence of its titular head of State.
Since 1944, fifty newly Independent Nation have emerged that may have been attributed to world war-II, but the Independence of most may be ascribed to the combined forces of anti-colonialism and Nationalism. In Africa alone, twenty three Countries have gained their independence since January 1, 1960. As a result, the great Empires of France, Britain and other metropoles have fallen apart and undergone drastic reorientation.
Nationalism has also manifested itself in demands for boundary changes and territorial acquisition, such as; the 1987 GRP constitution with the inclusion of the Mindanao and Sulu into a political component of the Republic of the Philippines, clearly reflecting illegally the incorporation of it into the Commonwealth Government and Philippine Republic in 1935 thru 1971, with unfounded basis to justify its administering upon it and/or on account of their July 4, 1946 declaration of Independence.
Territorial acquisitions in the Morocco claim to Spanish Ifni and of the Philippine Republic to North Borneo, in the basis of the latter being a Sulu Sultanate territory the latter by which is being administered under GRP Sovereign powers and existing within the purview of Philippine constitution, and taken as under Phjilippine jurisdiction and as its national territory, likewise of India’s invasion of Portuguese GOA.

These and many other territorial disputes, that, similarly resulted to the continued suspension of the String of Sultanates’ Government in the Muslim (now Philippines) archipelago over a century now, and presently being administered by the Now Philippine Republic. As like Palestine, deduced to mere a tribe and without a State but only run by a Tribal leader; that have declared the Plo-Palestinian liberation organization, evident of the wanting of a State since the advent of Islam.
The Chinese consanguinity from the Imperial throne during the Ming Dynasty has merged into with the Maguindanao and Sulu Royal-families as well. The Ming annals indicated that a Manchurian Prince, Xuan Tong, invaded the Imperial City of Peking causing the death of the Ming Emperor. The Southern State Ming Provincial Governor, Tan Hong Tee Sima, was proclaimed by its people as Provincial Emperor or Ming Provincial Comander-in-chief; loyal to the Imperial throne. The Southern State of China and its Provincial Emperor were considered (by the new Ching Dynasty of Emperor Xuan Tong) as Ming pretenders. Emperor Xuan Tong was better known as “Emperor Puyi” or “the last Emperor of China”.
The Ming Provincial Emperor-Tan Hong Tee Sima, prompted a mass evacuation of His people, exodusing to Muslim archipelagic islands, naming their debarkation points upon arrival such as; Chou-Yete (now Cavite) and Lao-Yete (now Leyte), and Ma-I (Mindoro) to name a few, with the Royal family and large number of relatives and friends with Ming Government positions. Such friends in Ming Government positions were the Guan-Tong, Ong, Chan and Chiong. While relatives with Ming Government positions exodusing to the Muslim archipelagic islands were the Yu families and the Tan families of Amoy-Fukien, Chingkiang, and Giouchouv Shantung Provinces.

Sultanates with legal valid claim of Sovereignty as the Sultanate of Sulu and North Borneo-Sabah and strings of Sultanates in the Mindanaos and the rest of the Muslim archipelagic islands, presently called Philippine archipelago; the former legally guaranteed the preservation and continuing existence as by entreaties entered, such as; the 1915 Carpenter Act (in its interpretive letter), the 1915 Carpenter Memorandum and the august 20, 1899 Bates Treaty profoundly recognizing the Sulu Sultanate as a Dejure Sovereignty after the Treaty of Paris in December 10, 1898- whereby Spain sold.

The Sultanate/s, its claim, is a legal and valid claim which should rightfully be heeded upon. Presently its citizens, Muslims and residented non-Muslims are coming closer together setting aside duality. While the Total support of the international communities are favorably deemed hoped for, towards His Highness cause; the return the Sultanates total Sovereignty and total Independence.
